Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyBizDeals.com. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of MyBizDeals (the "Platform"), operated by MyBizDeals Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident or registered Indian entity, and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Sellers must own a registered business with a valid GSTIN.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. We require KYC verification (PAN, optional Aadhaar/GSTIN) before unlocking certain features. Providing false KYC information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information in their listings. We perform reasonable verification (GST, bank, CA review) but do not guarantee any listing's commercial viability. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence.

5. NDAs and confidentiality

By signing an NDA on the Platform, you agree to a 24-month confidentiality term covering all disclosed information. Breach of NDA may result in account termination, civil liability, and forfeiture of any pending refunds. We log document access for audit purposes.

6. Fees and payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance (monthly or annual). Success fees (2% of gross transaction value) are charged on closed deals. Add-on services (BGV, Featured listing, Escrow) are charged at the rates published on our Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of GST.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) post false or misleading listings; (b) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (c) circumvent NDA or fee obligations by transacting off-platform after introduction; (d) scrape, copy, or resell our data; (e) attempt to access other users' accounts.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Our liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

You may close your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse. Closed accounts are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period before permanent deletion (DPDP-compliant).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
